  The marble quarries of Carrara, famous throughout the world, with their smooth lines drawn by human intervention. The bed was inspired by this wonderful picture of statuary nature, impressive and strong but at the same time sleek and processed, molded over time according to human needs。

  MATERIALS DESCRIPTION AND FUNCTIONS材料描述和功能

  The design idea has suggested the use of well-defined lines, derived from the desire of human beings to control nature; within them, these lines limit and, in a sense, contains the extreme freedom and sinuosity of the shapes, call of the disruptive force of nature。

  The sommier is characterized by solid and symmetrical lines, that find their role thanks to the inclusion of padded and finely coated panels, absolutely recognizable thanks to the use of a very soft and curvy pattern, contrasting in colour respect to the harshest elements。
